When you should take BodyTea:
We recommended you drink body tea twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening.

Then before your last evening meal, drink your second cup of BodyTea. Pour a cup of near boiling water over one BodyTea tea bag and let it infuse for 3-5 minutes – Drink!
- If you are finding the tea taste a little strong just brew for less time and you can re-use the tea bag and repeat.
